The Inclusion Programme has been especially developed to assist clients who are in the early stages of considering starting a business. It is aimed at giving additional support to decide if starting your own business is for you and is aimed at women, lone parents, under 30s, over 50s and Welsh speakers.
Mentoring and specialist advisory support is provided on a one to one basis, depending on your needs and covers things like:
• Personal development and confidence building support • Considering the pros and cons of self-employment • Help and support in selecting, researching and developing a business idea • Exploring areas such as care and childcare requirements and implications
A one day workshop is also available for women and lone parents, people under 30 and Welsh speakers who are at the very early stages of business development and will help you: • Gain key business skills • Better plan circumstances and find the time to develop ideas • Identify how successful business ideas could be in the market place • Understand what controls & procedures are needed to help manage a business • Review personal goals and objectives for your business • Identify and develop key contacts to develop your business
