A third of businesses fail within the first two years.  This course aims to improve a business's chances of survival by introducing a range of practical tools and techniques. Aimed at businesses started within the last two years, this half day course focuses particularly on measures designed to help businesses succeed in a tough economic climate. Topics include managing costs, cashflow, raising your game and generating income.

All courses are free and held at the Business Centre Swansea.

This is a 1/2 day course and runs from 9.15 am-1.00 pm.
