Management for Growth

The skills and knowledge needed to operate a business increase as that business grows. This half day course is designed to support Owner/Managers address strategic, tactical and operational issues. The course aims to demonstrate the business benefits of appropriate management systems, and the effective identification of relevant objectives and use of key performance indicators. Owner/Managers will also gain a basic understanding of related regulatory and legislative issues.  

Course Dates

 12th August - Thursday

• All courses are free and held at Business Centre Swansea.
• All courses are day 1/2 courses and commence at 9.15am-1.00 pm, except Directors Responsibilities which finishes at 4.30 pm.
