Good negotiations are vital in business, whether with customers, suppliers, staff or colleagues. A well-prepared negotiator can dramatically improve the effectiveness of business relationships, and can even contribute to increased business profitability.
The ½ day course will be hosted by Lynne Robson, who has been involved in commercial negotiations all over the world for over 25 years. Lynne will introduce a range of strategies and help owner/managers to identify, profile and adapt their negotiation style in order to improve performance. The course is packed with tactics and techniques that have been tried-and-tested in leading organisations.
